Naples Area Update
The Naples Area Board of Realtors has recently released statistics on the area real estate market, showing that single family home sales in the $500,000 – $1,000,000 price range increased 9% over the 12 months ending April 2010, with 429 sales compared to 392.
Overall pending sales increased 2%, with 9,839 contracts for purchase written compared to 9,660.
Its still a buyers market, and opportunities abound with the available inventory decreasing only 11% from 9,239 to 8,214.
