Beach Gardens
The Beach Gardens are comprised of single family estate residences with stunning gulf views. Each cluster of homes has its own heated pool and spa with access to a private clubhouse and tennis courts. Numerous homes have additional dock space with access to the Gulf of Mexico via Wiggins Pass and New Pass.

Bayfront Gardens
Bayfront Gardens; one of two gated communities within Barefoot Beach, includes 23 homesites which back up to Hickory Bay, affording desirable views of the abundant wildlife and water vistas of the unspoiled preserve areas. All of the homesites provide direct Gulf access with deeded beach access and a short walk to the Club at Barefoot Beach.

Southport on the Bay
Southport, also gated, is just East of the beachfront areas offering views of the Bay and wetlands. This luxury neighborhood boasts 100 homesites both on and off water, with deeded beach access. Waterfront residences are permitted to have private docks, the Gulf being just minutes away.

The Villas at Barefoot Beach

The Barefoot Beach Club
Perched on 2,700 feet of sugar-sand beach, the Barefoot Beach Club is comprised of seven story mid-rise condominium buildings, with a total of 348 residences. There are several floorplans to choose from, with units between 1,600 and 2,400 square feet of living area. Amenities include 2 pools, spa, workout room and meeting clubhouse. Underbuilding parking is available.

The Club is an elegant, private facility serving the entire Barefoot Beach community. It is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico and offers docking facilities for the boater. The Club features a dining room, lounge, meeting rooms, two tennis courts and a swimming pool complex. Membership opportunities include Resident Members, Associate Members and Corporate Members.

Barefoot Beach Preserve
Established in 1990, The Barefoot Beach Preserve is located in the Northwestern corner of Collier County and encompasses over 340 acres of natural, undeveloped land. The "beach park" features over 8,000 feet of beach dotted with sea oats and wildlife. There is also a 1 mile nature trail, picnic area with concession stand and showers.
